If payment has been taken by Apple but you are presented with a pop up that asks you to pay again for your subscription please follow the instructions below.
- Open an email and type support@fancyfeat.app
- In the Subject line please type "Cannot access after purchase"
- Please take screenshots of the following:
Subscription in the Apple App Store:
- Go the App Store.
- Click your profile circle in the top right hand corner.
- Click subscriptions > Fancyfeat
- Identify your subscription type and renewal date.

See your purchase history on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch:
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your name, then tap iTunes & App Store.
- Tap your Apple ID, then tap View Apple ID. You may be asked to sign in.
- Scroll to Purchase History and tap it.
- Find the Fancy Feat app, then tap Total Billed.
